"It was a terrible experience. The nurse/receptionist was very rude. First they moved and we were not informed, when we did find it, we took the elevator to the second floor then had to go threw a bunch of corridors to a lady at the desk who informed us that we were to early, they only allow you to be 5 mins early only, it was 10:40, the appt was 11:15 so we had to go out and wait in a hot car. When we went back in the lady was not at the desk but the nurse said you need to go to check in ... which you can only get to from the front door, and you have to take the stairs to get to the second floor, no elevator, my mother is an 87 year old lady, with walking problems, so if she had told us politely to go threw the door to the waiting room, it would have been appreciated instead of just saying, you came in the wrong way!!!! This was the way I was directed in by a receptionist from Dr. Madder office, who went out of her way to be nice and show me where to go to get to Dr. Michael."
