"It wasn’t entirely their fault (Quest did the actual tests), but we were told by Island Health Care that COVID test results would be returned in 24-36 hours and we needed the test to travel. It’s been 144 hours and counting. We had to spend $500 at the airport to get a last minute test and would have made other arrangements if we were told the right information. If you need your results back soon, do not get tested here. I didn’t give one star because everyone was friendly that we engaged with and the drive through testing was fairly straight forward."
