"I have written excellent reviews for BU eye in the past when I could call with a problem with eyes and be seen by an Ophthalmologist usually the same day. That has not been the case for me the last 2 times I had an issue with my eyes. Today I called to report a red, swollen painful left eye and was told no doctor could see me. A visit to Urgent Care was suggested...and anyone who has visited an Urgent Care recently knows there are no MDs treating patients there and especially no EYE MDs. Very disappointing patient service!"

"My mother in law had an appointment at 10 am they didn’t take her in until 1130, we were here on time. This is poorly run and not very efficient. Most of the patients seemed to be senior citizens in the waiting room and very pleasant but also unsatisfied with the extensive wait."
