"Extremely rude and aggresive office manager!!!!. Had taken my 22 month old to be seen for an ear infection and recived a bill of $400!. They billed us additionally for an COVID test. We were never told that an COVID test is being done and that it's mandatory to do so for an ear infection nor were the results of it shared. The office manager sided with her team and outright said that she does not believe us because the nurse wrote it in her notes. Told her multiple times that the results were never shared and there was no talk about COVID test during the visit but she said she does not believe us. Took my 4 year old to urgent care for ear infection the same day no mandatory COVID test was done!!! I guess we have to record our visits going forward because the nurse wrote it in her notes that she informed us about everything !"

"My child was seeing Dr. Uniyal since 2018 and I regret not switching her out sooner. First, we went in for a health issue that she's having and I was told that she was just fat. We did this twice more and we got a referral where the doctor confirmed my suspicions and got her treated immediate. Next, she had the flu. That night her temp rose to 104, I called the on call doctor many times and was called 2 hours later and told to wait it out. The last thing is there vaccination clinics. They come few and far between. My daughter's school had a Covid scare and we had to get tested before she could get the vaccine. They made us wait in the cold car for over an hour and we missed the clinic. Their patient portal is counterintuitive and useless."

"We had a great experience with Dr. Tai. Recently during a recent visit office suggested we have an unpaid bill since 2018, I asked with a surprise that we have been coming here for last 5 years and it was never mentioned. It was very small amount and I requested if the front desk can find out details. To my surprise front desk replied if you don't want to call billing we will send it to collections. Seriously collections for an unknown surprise bill. We will be looking for a more conscious costumer friendly practice."

"This is the worst possible pediatric clinic. I sent my son's medical records 3 months back to request an appointment with Dr. Rachana Uniyal. 15 days later I called the office and they said the records are at the doctors desk for her review and the answer was the same when I called another week later and now I receive emails from them to take surveys! While the doctor and her office seems too busy to review my sons medical records let alone give an appointment to see him but they never shied away from sending me spam emails. I won't be surprised if someday we are to find out they are even in the business of selling patients/ parents contact information. Worst experience I have ever had with any physician /physician office. I will never take my kid to see Dr. Uniyal or her associates there."

"Hello, we didn’t actually become patients here, but I have to second what some people have been posting about reception staff being rude. I called to ask if a Dr. was accepting new patients and they said “unfortunately we’re not accepting new patients. Thank you.” And hung up on me. I mean I’m at a loss for words about how rude that is. I didn’t even get a chance to speak? I’m actually happy they’re not accepting new patients because with a reception staff this rude it wouldn’t be worth it for me to switch my child here. Just awful! We will not take our business to you regardless - Hire better people to answer the phone! Also update your website because it does say that you’re accepting new patients and that’s confusing and kind of misleading."
