"This place supports the withholding of medical records from loving parents. They are refusing me access to my sons Mychart going against a court order… Update I was given access but only before a staff member threatened me by saying if I continue to try to gain the access I have every right to they will refuse to provide my son medical services. Which goes against Hippocratic Oath, these are not good doctors or medical professionals in the slightest. If you call with a question they will change your insurance for an appointment."

"Three years ago I took my 3 month old daughter here for a sick visit, x rays were ordered and I was told I would get a call by end of day, I did not and therefore had to call the triage line as my daughter was positive for pneumonia according to her “my chart” I was advised by the on call to go to ER, ER doctor redid X rays therefore putting my tiny child through radiation twice in one day, stating my daughter did not have pneumonia and the person who read her x rays prior did a terrible job (the person at the above facility (north shore physicians) at this point they Covid tested us and flu swabbed us but never considered testing for RSV after hours at the ER with a 3 month old the pediatric ER staff were appalled that North Shore Physicians missed the fact that my child had RSV! We were sent home with some instructions and maybe a medication though I can’t remember but if I hadn’t gone to the ER my child may have not been so lucky due to her age and the severity of RSV"

"Staff not very helpful. I needed a blood draw and they wanted to schedule it 3 weeks later. I assisted on an earlier one and it turned out that I needed a blood transfusion! If I hadn't insisted on a an earlier appointment, the blood transfusion might have been too late."

"I had been living out of state and had an outstanding doctor there. When I moved back to MA, I searched for a new doctor and came upon Dr. Henri Zhuri and could not be more pleased. He is kind, caring, attentive, knowledgeable, responsive, professional and on top of his game. I think so highly of him that I have referred family and friends to him and they all feel the same. Due to family reasons, Dr. Zhuri will be leaving the practice as part of his relocation within the state. I wish him and his family the very best and I thank him for all his great work. I just hope I can find another doctor with some of Dr. Zhuri’s skills."

"I had a very bad experince with this group. I had to wait about 5 months to make my first appointment (for annual exam ). I had to get a babysitter for my daughter to be there. After waiting for 5 months, I was late for 5 minutes and the receptionist was talking to someone else for another 5 minutes. After they had finished talking I went up to her to meet the dr and explained my situation but Dr did not accept to meet with me. They said that they do not accpt later than 7 minutes. They asked me if I wanted to reschedule at the end of the qeue. No sympathy for patients, inconsiderate, and an overrall dissapointing experience for an absurd wait time."
