Instead they send a $128 bill to collections who never contacted me either then charged me $431 for a new member fee? Ruined my credit and send to collections, at minimum I must be given back this $303 extra charge."

From the emergency room nurses and doctors to the overnight nurses in the observation ER to the nurses on Emerson 4 their care was second to none.
