She was empathetic and patient with the most incredible bedside manner. I am deeply appreciative for the time she gave me today and the advice for tending to my allergies. Also huge thank you to James at the front desk for squeezing me in for an urgent appointment, following up via email and making the sign in process easy. "I am not sure how this clinic will able to run a business. My son and I were looking for a place to continue our allergy shots because of relocation. I contact the clinic multiple time in a week, and always got sent to voice mail box until the mail box was full and no longer can leave a message. A week later I call again, the phone was pick up by a not very polite old man, and after going over insurance and all other details, finally can secure a date to see me and my son about 1.5 months later. I didn't receive any confirmation or call or email until a day before my appointment. The front desk guy Jim sent out that email on Sep 24,2022 Saterday 11:59pm?! What kind of the manegenent is that? I even went to that place on Aug 31,2022 (Wed) morning, the clinic has a paper posted on the front door said it's open hour, but the clinic was closed. I wasn't sure if the clinic is reliable to go to, so I decided not to do allergy shots there and emailed Jim back. He called me on Sunday afternoon and wanted to confirm my appt. I told him I already emailed you that we'd like to cancel the appt ( I didn't say because you guys are not responsive!) And he said that's not very noce then hung up the phone...Be aware of this clinic. Anyone who has a front desk manager that Jim will ruin your business!!"

"Dr. Laznickova is pretty amazing. Our kids have really bad allergies and she knew exactly what to do and now they're improving with her allergy shots. She knows what's the right dosage to give and is always monitoring their progress. This is a mom and pop shop so don't expect to be able to see anyone when you want. You have to be patient."
