"The staff and doctors are wonderful. The answering service and website are awful. Although the call service encourages you to try their web portal, the web portal does not work and has not been functional for over a year. As a result, scheduling an appointment can be difficult and checking on your records is difficult. This should be a simple fix. If there was a more convenient option, I would move."

They overbooked once, the PCP wasn't in the office once, and once they had questions about insurance that they didn't address prior to the appointment (therefore I couldn't be seen after taking time off work and driving in). In general, bad experiences. I would NOT recommend."
"I see Dr. Zhang and have always had positive experiences with her. I easily get appointments, I'm seen quickly and never have to wait, she is friendly, courteous and thorough and the offices are extremely clean. I never feel rushed there - she asks lots of questions and gives me the opportunity to do the same. Would highly recommend."
