"bunch of con artists . my primary care doctor referred me to these guys for a throbbing in my ear . they made me wait 2months for them to play some sounds in my ears then told me to go book an appointment with the ent (THAT WAS 3 MORE MONTHS OUT ) wouldn’t come back to this joke of a place if it was totally free . will have to consult an attorney for potential legal action for fraudulent referral claim . don’t waist your patience time . will do everything in my power to keep people away from this place to the best of my abilities.that’s why this dump has 3.7 stars . see ya"

They are busy...so I'm sure there are times where you might wait on hold for a bit...but they seem to be trying hard to show quality care."
