"I had to drop in stars. Love my son's doctor, but the on-call nurse wants vitals from a peice of equipment that I don't have. I was critizied and judged all because I wanted to know one thing, but instead I was sent to Urgent care, to get vitals, a test done, and to get the information I needed that could have been given over the phone. Me and my son are both sick, and you had me take him out, just so you could be satisfied by vitals. I knew I should have waited. But then again who knows when the phones actually are working or not!"

"Amy the woman with the dyed red hair and glasses is very rude… she acts as if she does not appreciate her job… she is very miserable.. I brought this issue to the staffs attention. Hopefully when I return I will be assisted by someone else, or she has a better attitude about working with people. I believe it is important for someone to have a good attitude, when their job is to work with people. Otherwise you have failed at your job."

"Been trying to make an appointment for over a week now, left a voicemail 3 times, never have received a call back. I am aware of the electronic system change but this is crazy! I got on the phone with someone for a second and she put me on hold before I could even say anything and then 10 minutes later they hung up on me. I work at a healthcare establishment and we call people back as within the day. This is crazy!"
