"Dr. Baur saw me on a call in/same-day visit. Although fairly brief, she quickly applied her expertise and records & knowledge about me, along with rapid and accurate treatment. Asked for my understanding, e-wrote prescriptions, and admonished me about contacting her if either fever returned or coughing went south. Glad she came in with all her protective gear, too."

"i never ever write reviews, but my last few encounters here have been absolutely horrible, so I feel compelled to. I’ve been going to this drs office for 20 years now, and I have to say I love love love doctor Ziegler, she’s the best. However, doctor Kendall on the other hand is one of the worst people I’ve ever had to deal with, no exaggeration. Over the summer when I was struggling with alcohol abuse, she told me I should just stop drinking. I had to keep telling her that that is very unsafe and can be fatal, and she kept shaking her head at me until she finally googled it, realized she was very wrong, and her response was “well this isn’t my area of expertise I’m a pediatrician”. ….but I was 19 at the time and that was my doctors office still?? Who else am I supposed to go to when I need help? When a patient comes to you for help, you shouldn’t come off as annoyed, judgmental and irritated, which she did and it made me super uncomfortable. After that awful experience, my psychiatrist had suddenly stopped seeing patients, leaving me with no refills of antidepressants, so I had contacted my doctors office for a refill. Doctor Kendal not only refused to refill my medication for me (even though I explained I was scared of withdrawing from it without being weened off), but she hung up on me after I said I was just going to go to my local pharmacy and ask for an emergency three day supply until I could speak to doctor Ziegler in a couple days. It should NOT have to come to that, I shouldnt have to either go to the ER or a random pharmacy to get my medicine that I had been on for TWO YEARS ALREADY. I have never ever had a problem with anyone in this office besides doctor Kendall. I’m thinking of filing a formal complaint, as a result of this treatment I’ve started going to a different doctor, I just cannot submit myself to more mistreatment and blatant rudeness."
