"Awful experience with majority of my care experience especially when I started my prenatal care at Cheshire. Many of the staff members are disorganized and seem to lack common sense and empathy. I was actually no showed for more than one telehealth appointment and countless times was scheduled with someone who was on vacation or they were double booked so I would then need to rearrange my schedule last minute to get another appointment. Poor bedside manners from several staff members. Lack of communication internally and with other departments. So many issues going on at Cheshire. The quality of my prenatal care was so poor it was adding unnecessary stress to what should be an exciting time for an expecting first time mom. I switched to DH Lebanon for my prenatal care and wish I had done it sooner. It's a haul but the experience I have had with Lebanon, although not perfect, has been significantly better. So glad I made the switch to Lebanon!"

"Incredibly disappointed with the care provided while I was pregnant and while giving birth. This was the worst medical care I've ever received. There were too many mistakes made by the midwives while i was giving birth. Just thinking about the many mistakes that were made infuriates me. Although it was hard, I am so glad my baby was transferred to the ICN in Lebanon because he was given much better medical attention and care. If you are considering choosing Women's Health at Cheshire Medical Center in Keene for your prenatal care and birthing, I highly suggest you do not. The nurses were so kind and caring, but the midwives were so unprofessional and made decisions that put my life and my son's life at risk. I will never again choose this department for ANYTHING."

"I was giving birth to my second child at womens health Keene, they were very good health care givers, but they are making you so uncomfortable when you are coming for appointment. You have to schedule your appointment for months ahead and then they are pushing you to one nurse to the another without your promison or knowledge. It is also happened that I was waiting more than one hour to be seen, which is okay. I can understand that they could be busy, but today I was 10 minutes late and the nurse did not see me on my appointment. Well, I feel this is very unkind and unfair. I am seriously considering to change provider. It is just not worth my time and the stress they are casing."
