"Sadly, I have to agree with all the other folks who posted on this company. Poor Workmanship - deceptive/evasive work ethic- Powerhouse was hired by our builder to put the plumbing into our new home. A few months after moving in, the toilet began to leak, the builder had Powerhouse return to fix it. A few months later the toilet is leaking again. This time I called Powerhouse myself, expecting we would have to pay for the visit. Even though it appears the issue wasn't property addressed, we are out of the "home warranty period" so I expected to pay for call. I called 3 times and they have not returned my call. They do not want to be accountable for their apparent poorly executed work and would prefer to ignore our calls. We found someone else to actually fix it. Before posting this review I found this on their website. NO matter what your political views are (mine are varied). This type of name calling and shaming (more or less 50%) of your potential customers doesn't seem like a prudent business plan........not to mention threats to "shake down" clients (what are they thinking?) POSTED BY OWNER OF POWERHOUSE PLUMBING ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE. "Whoever follows us and did not vote for President Trump please Unfollow us because we do not need your business! We only do business with people who love our country. If you continue doing business you will get charged a democratic surcharge for being stupid."

"They did all the plumbing in my brand new house. What a mess! It took 4 different repair dates for them to fix the drain in the tub. Then, it leaked to the next floor damaging the ceiling (see above pic). Each time I had an issue, it was impossible to reach anyone. They did not accept or return my calls. The GC had to reach out. I was blamed for ordering such a fancy tub. 2 years later we had a huge wet spot on the kitchen ceiling. Turned out the washer broke and when powerhouse installed it, they did not line up the plastic tub with the hole to prevent ceiling damage. I did not even bother contacting them."
