"We should have been given an iron supplement when our son was 4 months old based on the AAP and CDC recommendations. We were not told anything back then. At 6 months, Dr Schwab told us about fluoride instead of providing detailed guidance on nutrients, esp iron. Despite our best efforts to give him all kinds of foods, our son got iron-deficiency anemia at 12 months. Then we found out by ourselves about iron, supplementation, and the proper guidelines. The damage, however, has been done, as several studies from 1980s predicted about irreversible developmental delays and other problems. The clinic provides zero guidance on neurodevelopment, the effects of toxins, and nutrition."

"I've been taking my son to this office since he was born. He's now 13 months old. The staff has been absolutely wonderful and everyone has been very nice! My appointments have always been on time and they are so professional and informative about visits. And the staff and providers have been so gentle with my son, especially when he gets his shots. Even his VIP sick visits have been on time and the staff has been so understanding. As a new mother it is so great to have an office that is so thorough and takes good care of my son during visits."

"We’ve been so happy with switching to NAP for both our kids. The hours/availability can’t be beat, and the providers (we’ve seen 5 or 6 of them now) have all been smart and professional. And as much as I usually hate medical portals, theirs has mostly been really helpful for prescriptions refills, communicating with the doctors, printing documents, etc. I thought I would really miss our small town/one doc pediatrics practice, but the perks of a larger practice really do outweigh those warm fuzzies."

"I was not happy about my visit my son waited over an hour we had to park in the back parking lot and wait to be called in it's called VIP it was a covid area where they take you into my son didn't have covid I don't think he should have been with covid patients they said he had to be there because he had a sore throat which I can understand but my son didn't have covid on top of that I had to ask the nurse to change her gloves before she put her hands near my son's mouth or face they told me the appointment took so long because they got their patience mixed up I went to this doctor's office since I was young and now my children go there but it definitely has changed a lot not so much in a good way way longer waiting times hard to get appointments not very clean. Very disappointing"
