"Went to the ER last night with chest pain. There was no receptionist to check anyone in. And noone working triage. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and opted to leave. I cant believe an ER would have noone triaging patients who come in sick!! Hopefully there isnt anything major happening with my body!! 2 ppl in waiting room. One had been there 3.5 hours. The other over 5. I always loved this ER. But that is scary!! Should mention, I went with chest pain. Can only imagine if someone having a heart attack etc.. and noone to check them in. Or triage them."

"I was at the ER in North Adams I wanted to say how professional and kind I was treated by my nurse Craig Williams He truly cares about his patients and you can tell he enjoys his job He should be recognized for his kindness and his people skills he takes the time and listens to you. I alwAys feel relieved when I see him and I get to be treated by him .There needs to be more nurses like him even when they are busy he always makes you feel cared for. Working in the health field can be stressful and thankless at times I want him to be recognized for always going above and beyond for each one of his patients. "Some of the worst medical treatment I've ever experienced. I've been suffering from persistent abdominal pain with no blood for two weeks. Went to the ER twice in one week trying to get them to do anything other than test my urine and give me painkillers. When I went yesterday, the doctor agreed to do a pelvic exam, MADE ME BLEED DURING THE EXAM, then when she tested my urine she told me I lied about not having blood along with the cramping. All she did other than that was prescribe me extra strength painkillers and told me to see a gyno. Mind you, the whole reason I went to the ER in the first place was because no gyno in the area can see me until January and this issue is potentially life threatening. I called today to check on the results from the swab the doctor took during the pelvic exam and the receptionist on the phone refused to even put me in touch with a nurse because "it's still early" (it's almost noon, the day is half over and I have to go to work). These people are awful and I will now be refusing to be seen here even in the event of an emergency. Do not trust these people, ESPECIALLY if you are a woman or AFAB person!!!"

"Had a BP spike and they checked me out and cared for me. Dr. Ponce is great. He gave me a plan of action to follow up with my PC. Erin my nurse was awesome as was Samantha. Wait was not long at all. Great experience."
