"Absolutely horrible. The problem was with air conditioner. On our first visit ( oh yeah, we had had to come again), he put some clams, so we had only cold air, but no heat. That's how he fixed it. That costs us $200. When we said it's not good enough and it needs to be actually fixed, he said that he is not sure what the problem is. Really?! Then he called and said that he figured what's wrong and will order the original part. We were told that it will take a couple of days. 3 weeks later he got the part, but not the original one that we were promised, and when we asked if it's going to be as good, we started give as an attitude and went all defensive and ride. At this point we were done with it. I will not advise anyone to go there. There is a great shop in Brookline and another one in Beverly. I wish I would found them earlier"
