"People have bad days, I understand this. That's the reason for 3 stars and not 1. I called to ask for a price to put tires on my vehicle (that I purchased elsewhere) and basically got a lecture about how because I did not buy tires from him that his price would be so high that I would not want to use them, which was $200. The price isn't and was never an issue to begin with. In fact, without the lecture I would have paid the $200 to support a small business opposed to going to a retail location. It's 2023 and prices for everything are outrageous. Because of that, people are going to use the internet and other sources for cheaper prices, you cannot avoid it. So my advice is, instead of being a Richard, just give your price and leave the lecture behind. It's not a good look."
