"Long time to get medication, very unfriendly and rude and takes two weeks to get in someone's medication they depend on which means two weeks without a med that takes four weeks to get into your system stop messing with people's mental health we suffer enough without having to restart the process again an again because you don't have enough medication in stock."

"Twice now, this horrible pharmacy has been unable to fill prescriptions in a timely fashion and incomplete. First lackluster effort was a day late prescription where the tech assured me that they had not received the prescription. They had. Double checked with my Oncologist. Second time was where tech had given me two prescriptions when my oncologist had prescribed three. I asked about the third prescription, and the tech asked me if I knew the names of all of the prescriptions. No, people. I’m a cancer patient and I don’t know the technical names of my prescriptions, I’m living in the world of brand new names for drugs. You Should. Plus, bonus annoyance, I call the OOB Walgreens phone number and the line is busy. How does that happen in the year 2023? To re-emphasize, I’m a cancer patient. Providing casual clueless service at the pharmacy counter is a non-starter. My business goes elsewhere."

"All the pharmacy staff are nice and are doing the best they can. I realize they are understaffed so I have a lot of patients. However, there is a heavy set dude with a walking cane that is so rude to me every time whether it be on the phone or when I go in. If you go in frequently to get your prescriptions filled, you know exactly who I am talking about. With the risk of sounding like a Karen I know I am not the only one who get's treated like garbage. I have noticed others getting treated the same as well while standing in line. I know they are understaffed but they really need to fire that dude. I get an evil vibe off that guy, like if he read this comment and figured out it was me he would slip something into my prescription bottle. No joke."

"Brooke the new pharmacy manager is great. She is sweet and works hard to solve any issues. The staff is getting more training and it’s paid off. Definitely seeing improvement. The store also has a new manager and the store looks great and well stocked."
