"It should one star very poor experience yesterday"
"I was one of the biggest sales of the year, and they had almost no help at the store. Inventory was low as well. In the past, kittery used to be a shopping destination, but before the pandemic years, you could see the exodus of big brand names, especially on the big plazas run by corporations (Simon's) now the area is a 1/4 of what it was..( shopping attraction) Great state for vacation, but they are losing the shopping hook."

"Tried to visit this outlet on a Sunday evening. Says they close at 6p on Sundays, both here on Google and on their website. I arrived at 515 to a handwritten "closed" sign on the door. Don't waste your time or gas coming here, since they may not even be open. What's the point of posting business hours if you don't adhere to them?"
