"The HHA are great, most of them are very caring and do a fantastic job taking care of their clients. However it's obvious they are not treated well by their employer. Dealing with Excel is a headache and that is putting it mildly. They constantly cancel and change schedules and are rude to long term clients who deserve consistency and care. It's unfortunate this place can't get their management figured out, they would be better off for it."

"Our family entered into a contract with Excel Nursing Services to provide daily care for our elderly, very compromised mother. We were required to provide a security deposit of over $1,000. Excel failed to provide the care we agreed to, never created the care plan, and consistently called us to say there would be no one coming for Mom on the few days someone was scheduled to come. When we needed them the most, we were told we should try to find a different service provider. Their dedication to patient need failed miserably. I would not recommend Excel to anyone, ever."
