Patriot Care Greenfield Dispensary

"I got terrible customer service here today. I’ve been a medical customer of Patriot Care Greenfield since it opened. As a veteran with somewhat limited resources, I use the veterans discount they offer on the 11th each month. This month I purchased a vape cartridge that I use for sleep. Within a few days there was a mechanical failure at the end that connects to the battery. I took the cartridge and the broken piece to the dispensary today. The receptionist directed me to a manager. I explained what happened and the manager asked me if I had saved the packaging. I said no but I told him if he looked into the computer system it would show that I bought it last week. He said that since all cartridges looked the same, he needed the packaging to know that I bought it there. So at this point, he’s calling me a liar and I’m a bit shocked. I asked, “so you're calling me a liar?” and he said no but he doesn’t believe that I bought it there. I started to lose my cool and just decided leaving was the best option. To my fellow veterans, Patriot Care is just a name. When given the chance to do the right thing, they called me a liar. Spend your money elsewhere - I know I will."
