"Placed an online order for flowers to be delivered to the funeral home down the street. They never delivered nor called me with any issues. Tried to call and email numerous times and was finally able to reach them just to find out that they tried calling me only 1 time to ask about my credit card info. I’ve never received a call, a voicemail nor a reply via email. The invoice clearly has my correct phone number and email. There’s no excuses what so ever. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Don’t waste your time, money and energy with this business."

"Absolutely horrible!! I purchased a floral arrangement for a funeral of my friend’s 24 year old son. I coach soccer so I wasn’t able to make the wake on Sunday. I was out of town. I purchased the floral arrangement well in advance. It was so important to me to show my support to a long time friend who is obviously devastated by the loss of his son to diabetes. I receive a phone call late Sunday afternoon saying that they never delivered the flowers on Saturday because they had a family emergency of their own. We all have emergencies and that’s understood; however, you are a flower delivery service sending baskets to a funeral home!! That’s pretty sensitive stuff. Not to mention that regardless of what’s happening in my personal life I do not let it interfere with business and if it must they have other people in place to ensure that the customers are served. This is not a reliable flower shop. I was absolutely stunned to hear their excuse and the fact that they called me more than 24 hours after the flowers were supposed to be delivered. Had they given me some notice that they were having issues I could’ve contracted somebody else. It’s clearly abundant that this floral shop is in disarray and somewhat dysfunctional. I’m devastated that I was not able to show support to my friend when he needed it the most and all because I made the decision to use this floral shop. In the end I have to blame myself. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of this flower shop. Your flowers may never arrive and they won’t even tell you until it’s far too late to make other arrangements. Sad."

"Well I ordered a Cotton Candy bouquet for my mom for Mother's Day and paid $100 for what looked like a beautiful and tall floral arrangement on the website, what arrived closer to 9pm was a small arrangement with a light inside, I could've put this together for less than $30 and added more color along with sunflowers myself. Trimming is simple and I was told you don't trim sunflowers to add one or two in. For $100 take your money elsewhere. They're too overwhelmed. I'm in California so if I could I would walk in and share my complaints in person. Oh and I also found the same Cotton Candy arrangement at Muzzy's in Eastie for $40, I was definitely overcharged."

"Working with Judi & Janice was absolutely wonderful. They helped us plan flowers for our Boston wedding from southern CT. At first I didn't even want flowers. After showing them a few photos from Pinterest & our color scheme they came up with the most beautiful bouquets for me & my bridesmaids. The boutonnieres for the men in the wedding party were perfect. The moms & grandmas loved their pin ons & corsages. Judi even designed gorgeous alter pieces for our ceremony & the most perfect centerpieces for our cocktail tables. Our flowers were delivered on time to our hotel, ceremony & reception venues.
