She failed to notify our family of their cancer diagnosis along with other medical providers which delayed our family from seeking cancer treatment for our loved one who is also a vulnerable person in an expedited manner."

"Dr. Faith Cruz is the sweetest but her main nurse is very rude and lacks any kind of bedside manners. If she’s having a bad day, she takes it out on you. Unfortunately, because of her, I’ll be switching doctors. I loved Dr. Cruz but can’t deal with her nurse who is irritated and annoyed every time you go in."
