"The worst customer support experience in my life. All of their automated systems fail. I have been trying for over 10 consecutive days to add a recurring automated payment on my note. Still have not succeeded and it has to be done via the web. A live human customer service person cannot accomplish this task. As far as I can tell it is a system designed to create late fees."

"They over drafted my account and said that my payment didn't go through and they had to resubmit again when I paid off my car and now I can't pay my mortgage. I contacted them twice and they said "sorry we have to mail you a check, instead of reversing the charge , it will take 21 days to get the check. ""
