"Strung my business along asking for documents that was already provided for a 100k business loan, over and over, they where just trying to have my business run around for nothing, ( we do around 1/2 a million in annual sales ). purposely miss spelled my personal name on documents and emails when the name was clearly spelled on many places of the application. John Almida the loan officer that handled the application eventually gave me a call saying that the application cant be approved due to an incident from 19 years ago when that info regarding that was provided on the initial application that he had us fill out twice. This person's intentions where not to approve the loan through independence bank but to have us do alot of work just to give us a denial to disappoint us, the funds where secured by another provider. This is a bad bank to do business with"
