They were friendly and after counting cash, I asked politely to use the phone after telling them about my car and then POINTING to the car directly outside of the bank, I was told I wouldn't be able to use their phone to call a tow truck unless I was a member of the bank. I'd like to thank pioneer for reminding me of why I use credit unions."
