"I have been banking with them for 5 years, since the time i moved to NY. I never had any issues until recently. Since the merge with Capcom eveything is beyond messed up. Overdraft fees for example. It used to be as long as money was in account by 1159pm that same day, you wouldnt receive an overdraft fee and now its instantly. They never told or sent notices of this change. And there $28 is huge. Also, there online banking no longer works as it should. I would always see pending charges with the dates on them. And now i dont and when i asked about this to customer service they are telling me they are only hidden to me or i should say their customers. I have also been complaining of a Microsoft charge on my account for years that they refuse to stop! I have spoke to microsoft and they wont stop this fraudulent monthly charge either saying they do not have my card on file. This bank is just getting worse and worse. Ever since this merge changes have been happening and they are not telling their customers of these changes. Nevermind all the bugs now on their app that just keeps getting worse by the day. As customers we should see everything that is happening with our money and bills. I guess its time to switch banks. And they can now lose yet another long time customer."

"Always a pleasant experience. Everyone is super friendly and very professional. Someone asked me once if they could offer chocolate to my kiddo... treat was perfect and I appreciate them asking me first... just in case!"

"My older sister is developmentally disabled and came in a few months ago with what she believed to be $2500 in spare change she had been saving. She called me completely upset that the bank had shorted her on her deposit, and I drove down, not knowing the situation. When I got there, and she explained she had carried $2500 in spare change to the bank and they had only written her deposit slip for $225, I asked her how big the bag of spare change was. She gave me the rough dimensions of what she carried it in, and I had to explain to her that it was likely impossible for her to have physically carried $2500 worth of spare change in anything smaller than the bed of a pickup truck, and she understood. Then I asked her how she was treated, because that is always a concern for me, as this is my sister, and she has had a long-life of being roughly 12 years old in development, and she said they were actually very nice. She said the clerk counted it through with her three times, gave her 20 minutes of her time, and was never rude in any way. This was on a Saturday, and the line to the bank was backed up out the door, so that could not have been easy for the teller to maintain her composure in that kind of situation. I did make it inside to express my gratitude for their treatment of her, and their respect for her as a customer, but I thought this review would be nice as well."

"Customer service is always great, the tellers are always polite and friendly. But the bank doesn't always have enough tellers working. Today on a Friday afternoon when everyone is getting out of work they had two tellers helping customers inside and one teller helping the drive in. The line was out the door. They have four teller tables and just weren't utilizing them all at a time when they should be aware it's going to be that busy"
