"Buyer beware! Ordering from Mini Ruby has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare. Their “Mini Ruby Society” is just a marketing gimmick, I still had to pay for upgraded shipping (and then wait for a refund for the fictitious membership) to get my order in time for a photo shoot, and yet they shipped it UPS Ground instead. Needless to say, it didn’t arrive on time, and when I called before it arrived, having tracked it and seen it was not shipped UPS 2-Day, I was told a manager would get back to me. Well, it has been over 7 weeks now, and many, many emails later, and I’m still waiting. I returned a different order 6 weeks ago and never received a refund. With so many websites that sell the same brands, I would definitely stay far away!"
"I have been purchasing from Miniruby for my grandsons since the oldest was a toddler. I usually do not write reviews but there are many good things to say about this store and its quality of the clothing and service. Both grandsons are very active and the clothing has lasted well through some rough play. Now that my oldest grandson is nine, it is important to him that what he wears looks good too and Miniruby checks that box. Shipments arrive quickly, are nicely packaged, and returns are easy."
