"So far my experience has been a bad one. They sent the wrong guitar with some slight damage to it bit overall it seemed good so my son kept it. When I let them know about it they sent a lame excuse in the email and offered us $30 off of the next purchase. Stating we got the guitar for $100 off. Like that’s supposed to make acceptable. Now two months later the bridge is coming loose and he can’t even replace the strings on it!!!!! What excuse are they going to come up with now ?"

"My guitar was delivered to me just before a Jesse James And The Peacemakers gig back on November 5th, 2022. It’s taken me until now to write my testimonial because, well…I love this guitar! I retired my Takamine (Annie) that night and my Terra Verb (Veronica) became my primary gigging guitar. I had been privileged enough to test out the prototype at a few gigs prior, so I had all the confidence in the world when I unboxed it at the gig and threw it around my neck. My band mates came at me with the, “What ifs…” and I was like, “What if this is one of the most amazing guitars ever?” Well, it was and still is to this day! From start to finish, it was a painless process. It was a pleasure working with Steve, as he made it easy to understand the electronics and all the insane things that this guitar can do. But I think what sold me on it before the electronics, was the sound of the guitar itself. Its natural sound. This is by far one of the best sounding guitars that I own and it is also fairly lightweight. I’m impressed with all of the features of the preamp, as I find myself using the various effects (plugged and unplugged), as well as the metronome, and looper. I’ve even impressed some friends when I’m playing my Pandora stations through my guitar that is not plugged in. To say that this thing is a conversation starter amongst my friends that are musicians, would be an understatement. Now, I don’t want it to seem like I got paid to write this review, so here are the negatives that I’ve taken away from my experiences with the guitar so far. While I don’t like having to access the equalizer from my phone, especially if my phone happens to die, I do appreciate that it is more than a three band equalizer. The only other negative that I can think of concerning the Terra Verb this, is the fact that it currently only comes in a natural finish. Lol. I guess that’s not much to complain about. But I’m dreaming of a spalted maple top with all black hardware (including the fret wire). Regardless of its color, this guitar will continue to be my main guitar on stage and my main guitar in the studio. I f’n love this guitar! - Jesse James"
