"Please don't let the fact that they don't have a website or claim their listing dissuade you. Adams/North Adams is a small town and they always go out of their way to help people here. With that said, I called to place an order for a family member nearby. They actually knew my recipient! I placed an order for a birthday bouquet and stated how much I wanted to spend and added tip (they didn't ask for it), sight-unseen. I was also trusting the photo I saw in a previous google review. *I want to mention- we had a glitch on the delivery date but no matter: I called to check on the order since they don't have an automated "your order has been delivered" notification and they immediately delivered the bouquet the next day. My relative saw them in the driveway and open their car with a huge bouquet emerging and said, "I hope that's for me!" She said it was so beautifully arranged and fresh! I wish I could share a photo with you however, knowing everyone was happy and this florist was so helpful, I'd definitely use them again and plan to!"
