"The would not allow me in without a mask. Even though I said I have a disability that won't allow me to wear one. How can you be an insurance company and service the public and do this? Unreal. If you are using a mask you shouldn't be worried that I am not. It's a medical issue that won't allow me to use one. This is Discrimination against my disability which is unfair."
