"I can't recommend this company for life insurance. It was a long ridiculous process and the company they use for life insurance is Banner which is just horrible to deal with. I spent close 40 mins with Banner rep answering questions and scheduling a medical exam at my house. I lost part of a day's work I can't get back as the nurse came out and did exam. I got the results back about 3 days later and everything checked out perfect via the email results. However Banner claimed the exam did not take place and would not proceed with the process even though I had a copy of the results. Just to clarify the agent Steve was excellent but Banner life insurance is horrible."
