"I had a $300 order from children’s place, that was supposedly delivered. Well my security cameras proof that it never was delivered and now they are giving me a runaround, not telling me the truth of where my package is. Try to get on the website and it’s shut down. This people are ridiculous. I am complaining to the Better Business Bureau"

"This company needs to be shut down for good and it’s going to happen. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well as local representatives with detailed information of evidence of this companies disgusting practices, lack of customer service, resolutions and the fact their people who are “supposedly delivering packages and are not.” 2 times in one week, I received emails stating my packages were delivered and they were NEVER delivered. I have high quality cameras and I promise you these people never came. That will also be submitted to the better business bureau and local state representatives. Look at all the reviews and I promise these people are not lying. Everyone’s story is pretty much the same. “They got an email stating their packages were delivered and they never did.” THEY ARE STEALING THE PACKAGES. PERIOD"

"Just like everyone else - package marked as "delivered" but it never was. I walked my whole neighborhood after it showed as delivered and it was nowhere to be found. There is no security footage of them delivering my package in the neighborhood. Considering filing a police report and holding all parties responsible for this."

"Got to be honest I was kind of worried from reading the reviews before my package came but as requested I got constant text and email updates tracking my package was a breeze!! I have to say I recieved my package, they texted as soon as they delivered, they followed directions I requested and right to my door, it was delivered way earlier than expected and most importantly I got exactly what I ordered. No complaints I would do it again. I trust it."

"I don’t believe this company is actually attempting to deliver packages. Seems like they will get a package, delay the delivery a few days, then mark it as delivered without actually delivering the package. You will then contact them, they will “investigate” for 2 days, then email you saying that their investigation is complete and tell you to contact the seller. They also don’t provide a proof of delivery like a picture of the package in front of the door like UPS, FedEx or Amazon. This has happened to me a few times and it’s incredibly frustrating. Not much consumers can do because merchants will auto assign carriers so contacting them to not use LaserShip when buying something won’t change anything. We are in the end stuck with dealing a fraudulent company and people"
