"This location does not take Amazon/UPS returns even though they are currently listed as so on Amazon within the "find a UPS store location"... and this wouldn't had been so frustrating to find out after driving 15 minutes to get there had the young man behind the counter not been so blatantly rude and fresh to me. The older gentleman was very nice, apologized and explained to me that they can only take UPS printed labelled returns. Ok, fair enough, I certainly understand, so I let him know they are still listed on Amazon, he thanked me and apologized again, and I assured him no worries I get it, as I was leaving. Only as I'm approaching the door to leave, does the young man say out loud, very fresh, "we're a UPS drop off center NOT an Amazon return drop off center!" I stopped in my tracks but didn't say a word and just left. Because I'm a better, kinder, human being than that, obviously. Ummm yes, I get it, it was explained to me nicely and I was totally understanding of that. You didn't have to be rude and you should've had the decency to speak to my face had you wanted to be involved in the conversation and not to my back as I was exiting. I'm quite sure you're the reason why our awesome little towny store always has a help wanted sign outside... hoping to find good, polite, courteous, friendly help..."
