"First of all, they saved my butt! I ran short on some peripherals for a job we are completing (on a weekend at that) and I am all the way in Texas. Rich and Brian were fantastic and very very flexible. Great to know I have a courier service that is close to a lot of my NY clients. They will be hearing from me again! "One word would be - Awesome. The situation was that my wife won concert tickets that needed to be picked up in Brighton which was a hassle for us. I thought maybe we could send her license picture (required for pickup) to a courier and have them place in an envelope and mail the tickets to us. I started calling couriers via Yelp. The first one was totally confused and gave all sorts of pushback.. Their drivers don't have envelopes, they can't get a license picture, can you send a stamp to us.. etc. Ridiculous. Same story on another one. Called Fly over the City and they were like, "no problem". I emailed the license pic, mailing address etc. They took care of this and mailed the tickets within 1 business day. I needed to find a competent courier who I could trust. So glad I found these guys!"
