"I don’t have access to a printer. I went to FedEx on site with the assumption that they’d print the ONE PAGE piece of standard paper that my label will be written on. They refused to do it, I even offered to pay. I had to drive 16 mins down the road and then go BACK to FedEx on-site to mail my package. A bit unnecessary if you ask me."

"This is two blocks from my house and is the worst site I've ever experienced. Very undertrained and frankly not good at public-facing work either. I have never been successful to do any transaction at this site, sending or receiving, but I go down the street to another FedEx site and it's bang-bang, fast and done. User error characterizes their every interaction with any type of digital device. The guy on duty today forgot his login ... seriously."
"Why have an app if you won't pay attention to instructions given in it. It took 5 days for the first delivery attempt of items that were shipped 24 hours. By the time the item was derived, I was away on vacation, as noted in my account in the app. App consistently indicated delivery to be by 8pm on a date, with repeated notifications sent, even after 10pm, and delivery never came. The people working in the physical locations have been helpful, but as a shopping & delivery service, FedEx is a failure."
