The FedEx Drop Box located at 262 Old Lyman Road in South Hadley, Massachusetts, provides convenient 24/7 drop-off services for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping options for FedEx Express, or select FedEx Ground for deliveries to arrive in 1-5 business days.

This drop box accepts a variety of packages, from FedEx Express envelopes and boxes to your own packaging with a FedEx label. Packages up to 20" x 12" x 6" in size are accepted at this location.

Drop-off times may vary depending on the location, with many drop boxes now offering extended hours and Saturday pickup options. You can easily create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number. Simply print the label and attach it to your package before dropping it off at the FedEx Drop Box.

Please note that no cash, check, or credit card payments are accepted at the drop box location. If you have packages that are too large for the drop box, you can bring them to the counter at a nearby FedEx location.
