"This is a scam. I was locked out of my account with no explanation just a few days after creating it. When I tried to regain access I was sent an automated email which said the only way back in was to send a photo of my ID and my credit card. When I refused to share this personal information they stopped responding to my emails and more than a month later I still have not been able to retrieve my packages. Do not use this service."

"Bosmix.. NO REAL HELP.. A REAL JOKE... Not easy to find n the dark.. Not Customer Friendly or Helpful.. 3 hours to find the place.. They don't tell you it looks like a shipping dock.. If you follow the numbers and pass #9, turn around and go back to the dock.. Number 10 is after Number 4.. DO NOT FOLLOW THE NUMBERS.. THEY ARE NOT HANDICAP ASSESSABLE OR ASSESSABLE FOR DISABLED PEOPLE.. Talking on the phone with them is a JOKE.. Their phone fades in and out.. I would never use them again.. They said "just leave the box".. Nobody to sign or to say your box/package was left their.. Never use them.. Not worth the time or the money.."

I spend a lot of time their too and my family uses this service to send me things as well. We have been very pleased. All the packages have made it without issue. When the package arrives, we get a call and they deliver to the flat."
