"Great experience with XPO in Manchester, NH, from start to finish. The customer service rep, Yvette, was top-notch when scheduling our delivery--really courteous and provided everything we needed to know without our having to ask. The delivery was scheduled for between 1 and 4 p.m., and we got our shipment at 1:30. The delivery itself, by Brian, was outstanding. He called one stop before ours to let us know he would soon be on his way to us, then called again when that delivery was complete, to say he was 7 minutes from our place. All this is absolutely terrible weather; our road hadn't even been plowed yet. Brian was a complete delight to deal with, so friendly and professional. I'd deal with XPO in Manchester anytime."

"So many drivers are just such jerks around Manchester. Did you need to honk right next to me and my dog on the sidewalk as you were driving by us? They do rude stuff like that all the time. They make the neighborhood unpleasant."

"The people from Kingston NH were my contact... We went Costco - XPO - junior transportation. Guys we're delivering a fridge and wanted to leave it in the box in the garage instead of install it. They told lots of lies about someone else coming to hook up the appliance and when I said I will call the office, they left - taking my fridge with them. The drivers would not pick up the phone call from the office either so they took my product back to the warehouse. Unimpressed by all accounts"

"Terrible internal communications, can’t track their own delivery drivers or contract orders from large suppliers. They then blame the end consumer to coverup delivery failures. They even have “sister companies” and effectively blame each other."

"I live in NH and I found that XPO Logistics is a company that delivers products purchased from Sears. In November - 2017, I purchased 2 separate products form Sears (a refrigerator/freezer and a elliptical exercise machine) and delivery was scheduled at an agreed upon day and time. The very large (29.7 cu. ft) refrigerator was delivered first (on time) and the delivery people (although spoke broken English) were very polite. Due to the size of the unit I thought there might be problems, but they were respectful of my home, professionally carried the unit in, set it up and stayed until they were sure that the unit was working properly. Next came the exercise equipment (Which I had paid extra to have put together). The 2 gentlemen that delivered this piece (Francisco & Miguel) were very friendly, spoke good English, and were excellent! Again, very respectful of my home, professional and very knowledgeable about putting together the equipment, and answering any questions I had. Before he left, Francisco made sure the equipment was working properly, understood the functions, and were satisfied. I am very happy with this company and took the time to call the supervisor (Bill ) and expressed this to him."
