New Penn

"I ordered a wooden cabinet from big box store online. New Penn tells me my delivery would be between 9-12pm. Didn’t arrive until 2 pm. The company policy is that they “don’t drive on driveways and this is curbside delivery only”. Yes, they were going to leave a wooden cabinet in 6 inches of slush and snow on my curb! I called the office and the manager rudely told me, “curbside delivery only, my guys don’t drive on driveways”. New penn wants to place a wooden cabinet in snow at the end of my driveway? AWFUL COMPANY!"

"Horrible horrible company... I paid extra money for items to be shipped quickly... waited around an entire day for delivery only to find out they didnt plan on delivering for 3 additional days... I'm waiting on these items because I have paid people to install them the following day.... after much discussion they say they can deliver one day late instead of 3 days late... not ideal but I am a reasonable person... get told sometime afternoon... I'm not happy as I have already paid for concert tickets for this day and will be cutting my experience short ...but I deal with it thinking I can still make it for at least half the show... JUST found out afternoon is 6pm to them and therefore I miss out on not only concert tickets I paid for but seeing family I rarely to get to see and my entire day is shot.... GET WITH THE F$%&*ING PROGRAM!! EVERY OTHER COMPANY IN THE WORLD KNOWS HOW TO TELL YOU A DELIVERY TIME AS SOON AS YOU ORDER AN ITEM... if you cant riss to the occasion you will surely become obsolete. Thanks for wasted time and money!"

"New Penn has to be one of the most unreliable shipping organizations I've ever worked with. After promising delivery on a certain day and it not arriving, I have to call into the office myself, only to hear that their driver "timed-out" for the day and that I'll have to wait until tomorrow. Never mind that I rearranged my entire day to be available to receive the package. Then, the next day, even though I was promised to have my delivery RUSHED to me given the mixup the day before, they still fail to deliver by close-of-business. I'll have to rearrange my schedule for a THIRD time, all because they can't guarantee a package will even arrive before their staff "time-out". Basically, who knows if my package will ever arrive? Their office staff were unable to offer any sort of concrete timetable other than that it would arrive "at some point." Forget it. I will never work with this company again."
