"We called to get a ride at 11pm from a live band at a small bar. Was hung up on then we called back. Heard laughing and joking in the background and then making fun of our request for a ride. After them telling us our destination was too far and not worth their time we ended the call Just for them to call back and ask if we wanted a ride, we said no and we had an Uber on the way and the lady on the phone replied with “F**k you and hung up again. Very unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable way to “try” and run business"

"The woman, who helped us was incredibly rude. Was suppose to be there at 6:20, as we had specially requested because we had to be dropped off by 6:30. When I was irritated at 6:24 on pick up she asked “where I had to be” I said it wasn’t her business but she was suppose to be here at 6:20 and that is her business. She said they don’t open until 6:30 and I said then you should’ve have agreed to pick us up at 6:20. She refused to take payment and glared at me the entire ride. I had to throw more than enough cash and tip on her dashboard. She said she didn’t take payment from me though. But my partner. Ridiculous. Accountability is the number one required characteristic for public transportation. Hopefully whoever this woman was can work on hers moving forward."
