"So unprofessional. It’s sad because it’s just this one driver not the whole company. I just called and said “hi could I get a taxi at (address)?” To which she replies “I don’t know I’m in the middle of arguing with a fare call back in 30 minutes” really? So you can’t do your job because you to busy arguing with another customer at your job? Kind of thinking this shouldn’t be their job then. I’ll lift Uber or use town taxi from now on. That was unacceptable"
