"Incredibly responsive! This was the only company I could contact on a Saturday afternoon. The owner answered his cellphone while away for the weekend and talked a new customer through an emergency temporary fix over a couple of calls. We will definitely be using them."
"They are not professional. I asked for two quotes in January. One for demolition and one for cutting and capping the sewer line. Every day they said that they would send me the quote and nothing. I spoke to them on the phone more than 10 times and they informed me that they would send me the price. Today is the end of March and I called again and now they said they are not interested in doing the job, because last year I requested two quotes as well for another house. One quote for asbestos reporting and one for demolition. I just hired them for the asbestos service. And the demolition even before they send me the quote, I said I wouldn't need it because we decided to do the job by ourselves. Now.. For this new house, after two months wasting my time waiting the quote from them, they informed me that they will not send me a quote because last year I closed only the asbestos report and did not close the demolition service. They could have warned me about that when I requested the quote on January and not wasting my time. I also have a company .. out of 20 quotes we do, we close 2. If they can't quote, it's best not to be in business."

They were there for us in an urgent situation and as it was getting late in the day and we needed our septic pumped immediately, the guy had already left the office but came back after we had called and he came right over and took out a shovel and helped my husband find the access to our septic and pumped it for us. Customer Service is everything and he went above and beyond for us. And as a disabled war veteran, the day after veterans day, my husband highly appreciated it."
