"Don’t waste your time especially if you’re filing for Social Security disability!! After hiring Green and Greenberg and waiting months and months I finally found out they did not even review any paperwork because there were several errors that should’ve been caught that Social Security told me. Green and Greenberg told me several times that they were calling Social Security on my behalf (the local office )and leaving messages but nobody was ever returning their calls ? Basically all they did was file my claim for me and just left me hanging . So one day I get on the phone and in one day I made more progress with SSA in an hour than they did in five months. Since then Social Security has called me back several times so why do I need a lawyer who claims that they were not getting any response ? I terminated them immediately so do you self a favor. Gross negligence on the part of Green and Greenberg ( Derek C.) and finding out now I had a three-year gap in my medical history which is a huge no no to the SSA that someone should’ve picked up on which tells me no one at their law office ever looked at my paperwork and never questioned anything or asked my medical history."
