"This firm represented our lender at the closing of our home purchase. Absolute nightmare to deal with them. It was very difficult to schedule the closing; due to the lack of availability on their calendar, the seller lost the home he was supposed to purchase and our closing got delayed by weeks while he scrambled to find a new place to move into. Secondly, they were not proactive in the days leading up to the closing. They sent our final numbers MINUTES before closing, as we waited at the bank nearby to get cashier’s checks. Because they did everything so last-minute, we overpaid the seller for propane by about $300 because we had no time to check the numbers they sent. Third, the closing itself was wildly disorganized, the paperwork Hrdlicka prepared was rife with errors and typos, and the closing itself took 3 hours because they were STILL not ready to close when the closing began. Avoid this sloppy, unprofessional firm at all costs - their ineptitude will cost you a lot of money!!"
