"I brought my items for return. The workers said I have to either go to another office in Dedham or pay to use their printer. I later returned ,using my own printer, with the package in its original wrapping. Now he tells me he will do me a FAVOR by using his tape to wrap it. FAVOR!!!Isn't this their job????"

"The store - with no notice whatsoever to the best of my knowledge - decided that the register closes before 18:20 which means that while the store is open till 18:30 you cant buy shipping labels. Which means - for me at least - driving twice, wasting 40 minutes more. Not good. I would love to see an info about it anywhere - as opposed to store staff sayin "oooh, we are sorry" and I would be glad to take this review off and even apologize on my own. Till then - this is an absolutely wrong way to run a business."

"Fantastic and friendly customer service today! It looked like the outdated computers caused some delays and were the root cause of a line forming. Managers/leaders may want to invest into an upgrade, to get rid of tech-caused delays."
