"Eh, not impressed. They were nice, but definitely do not feel I got what I paid for. Had some upholstery cleaned and it was not cheap - would have been worth it the results were not so mediocre. Some spots were missed or not given the attention they needed. Paid extra for the deodorizer and honestly feel like it did not do anything. Worst part is that the furniture wasn't even that dirty to begin with. Pretty disappointed, will use someone else next time."

I spilled olive oil on a kitchen runner and they told me they would do their best but didn't think it would come out. In the end they weren't able to help but they threw it away for me as a courtesy as they are very kind and customer service oriented. Their prices are great given the service they provide."
