"We utilized Simply Spotless for five monthly cleanings, and we were left dissapointed every time. We received several estimates from local cleaning services and Simply Spotless was the highest by far. When asked, I was told by the owner Melissa that you pay for "a detailed cleaning service," and that is why the cost was higher. Unfortunately it was the lack of detailed cleaning that caused us to cancel our services. Every time they came to our house, they were in and out, and did a completely lazy job. I would find things on the floor, the toilets and bathroom counters dirty, they never moved a thing away from the wall to clean in the kitchen, never moved rugs, vaccumed corners or removed things from shelves to dust. Overall, the services we received were FAR from detailed and extremely overpriced. So much so, that the cleaning team needed to return to do the job correctly on two occasions. The owner was polite and handled the issues right away, however she "happily" took us off of their schedule and did not value us as customers."

"Honestly one star is being generous, this company is so unprofessional and disrespectful I do not recommend. They were throwing our trash down the stairs, leaving garbage everywhere and liquids to spill out. They left remanence of crumbs and dust on the floor of the kitchen as well. Completely disgusted with this company. Beyond unprofessional and quite ridiculous they call themselves a ‘cleaning’ service while cursing and yelling while supposedly ‘doing their job’"
