"As a former employee of this location, i was absolutely shocked by how rude the current staff is. They have miserable looks on their face at all times. Not once was i greeted with a smile. Anthony was one of the employees who "helped" me and prior to helping me he was assisting an older gentleman who was trying to locate his package that said it was delivered to this stores location he was extremely rude and short with the older gentleman. I had an Amazon return that needs to be boxed and i had a box but no tape i asked Anthony if he could put a piece of tape on the box because when i had previously worked there i would have simply provided a piece of tape. He stared at me for a good 10 seconds like i just asked the dumbest question and gave me a rude "no" and told me i could buy tape along the wall, i understand it's not required for them to tape my box but i wasn't asking for them to use an entire roll of tape simply a piece to seal my box. I truly expected better from this location and hope the owners work on hiring more pleasant people because these current employees are creating a bad name for the company."

"Terrible printing and terrible customer service. I had graduation programs printed here and they were printed wrong. I called and they told me my file must have been crooked. I sent it directly from Canva and printed a sample at home that was not crooked, so there is no way my file was the issue. They refused to help me over the phone so I went back in with the crooked prints. They agreed to reprint them but we VERY rude about it. Of course the new prints were not crooked, proving that the issue was never my file. See attached photo of crooked program."

"Love this place. This place us much better than the UPS warehouse. You get great customer service with a smile. I prefer to visit this one any chance I get. The manager Sara and Anthony are phenomenal staff members and I enjoy seeing them each time I am in there. If they are so helpful and have all the answers. They always make me feel confident with my shipping and that is super important. Thank you Sara and Anthony for all your help always. These two deserve a raise because I feel like they make the store and they are the reason why I go to this one over any other shipping place, including any other UPS, FedEx or USPS.
