"The Renss location does not function based on their posted operating hours. Super frustrating to drive out here to find it closed when they are supposed to be open on more than one occasion. If the hours posted on the door aren't correct and the hours posted on Google aren't correct, how are we supposed to know when we can get service at this location!?"

"Went in there today for a business transaction. I had my QR code. My company pays for shipping and packaging. Before the little Asian lady even scanned my code, she’s telling me I have to pay for packaging. I said no I don’t. She said yes you do. So I said why don’t you scan it first and then tell me I don’t have to pay for it. She’s not polite at all and argumentative. If I have something personal to ship, I’ll go to FedEx. I do not like this UPS store at all. Very unfriendly and always rushing you out the door."
